Mission Brief As LCA & Environmental Data Specialist, you will establish our Life Cycle Assessment and environmental data capabilities from the ground up. Your mission is to create a reliable environmental data foundation , conduct Life Cycle Assessments in accordance with recognized standards and translate complex environmental data into meaningful insights. You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Testing, Infrastructure and other teams to understand the environmental impact of our product throughout its lifecycle. Your Role in Our Space Mission: Life Cycle Assessment: Conduct and further develop Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for our product, components, materials, and processes in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044. LCA Methodology & Modelling: Define goal and scope, develop Life Cycle Inventories, perform impact assessments, interpret results and document assumptions, limitations, and methodological choices. Environmental Data Collection: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Testing to actively collect and understand the environmental, operational, material and supplier data required for LCA. Environmental Data Management: Establish structured and scalable processes for environmental data, ensuring data quality, consistency, completeness and traceability.
