We are partnering with a trailblazing startup that is reshaping the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Our client has built a highly reliable, scalable Voice AI platform capable of processing complex, real-time audio streams with over 96% accuracy. With the largest number of active deployments in their sector, they are successfully competing with global tech giants. We are searching for an elite Senior Software Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This is not your standard REST API/CRUD environment. You will be building and optimizing a complex, cloud-native distributed system written predominantly in Python and Rust , dealing with massive scale and real-time data processing. Your Impact & Responsibilities Infrastructure Ownership: Take charge of critical components within our real-time, distributed backend ecosystem (Python/Rust). End-to-End Delivery: Drive large-scale, technically complex initiatives from initial concept to production, even when navigating incomplete or evolving requirements. System Reliability: Actively hunt down stability bottlenecks, solve highly complex production issues, and lead initiatives to drastically reduce the incident rate. Security & Compliance: Oversee the technical architecture of the SOC 2 compliance process, providing guidance and management to the team handling daily execution.
