General info: Model of work: 100% remote (required is PL localization) Type of contract: B2B, long- term cooperation) Rate: 40-50 EUR net + vat/ hour Languages: Fluent Polish & English is a must, Spanish is really nice to have Start: December/ January We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a data migration program across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and have experience managing backlogs and communicating effectively with engineering teams. This is a self-directed role that requires proactive management and strong leadership skills. Main Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the migration program, ensuring timely execution for each market. Plan and track migrations while managing vendor relationships and resolving blockers. Own the backlog and provide status reports to stakeholders. Serve as the first contact for markets, business owners, and vendors. Escalate critical issues to the Program Lead as necessary. Key Requirements 3+ years of Project Management experience in data platform or data warehouse migration programs (legacy DWH to cloud lakehouse). Proven experience working with external vendors to manage scope, change requests, and project timelines. Expertise in multi-country stakeholder management in complex project environments.
