The Role As a Senior Salesforce MultiCloud Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing technical solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Core, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional technology teams, you will lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement, loyalty and operational efficiency. A Senior Developer acts as a subject matter expert, ensuring that best practices are followed in code development, platform architecture, data modelling and integration strategies. This role demands deep technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the ability to both mentor and line-manage junior developers, supporting their performance, development and growth within the team. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and customisation of complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud and Agentforce. Utilise advanced Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components and other Salesforce technologies to extend our capabilities. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, performance and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Perform unit and integration testing.
