Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer? The ideal candidate combines excellent governance and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of IT operations , service management, operational resilience and technology lifecycle management. Experience within banking or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable . Responsibilities you'll have Lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU Drive delivery across multiple stakeholder groups, including application owners, infrastructure teams, architects, operational teams, cyber security, risk, compliance and external vendors Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring alignment with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery fram
