We are looking for a Mid/Senior IT Delivery Manager with solid experience in managing and delivering technology projects within complex environments, preferably gained in consulting and multi-client contexts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and delivering IT initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business needs, and the organization's strategic objectives. This role includes a significant organizational transformation component . Beyond delivery management, the professional will be expected to introduce greater structure, execution discipline, processes, and new ways of working into an established team environment. This is a demanding context that may involve resistance to change from some team members. Therefore, we are seeking someone with maturity, resilience, assertiveness, and strong influencing skills, capable of mobilizing people, managing resistance, and implementing improvements in a consistent and sustainable manner. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects and initiatives within the IT portfolio. Ensure delivery milestones, timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
