We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technical integration and multi-site deployment as part of a global workplace transformation initiative. The project aims to create a unified, user-centric digital workplace experience across multiple international locations by integrating a central intranet platform with specialized operational systems. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, technical integration, and deployment across multiple sites. Coordinate integrations between enterprise platforms using Single Sign-On (SSO), deep links, and selected UI components. Oversee the implementation of workplace solutions, including desk booking, meeting room availability, site maps, and asset maintenance ticketing. Manage the integration of site services and amenities, including digital food and beverage programs, badge-based consumption, and site bookings. Coordinate technical workstreams related to identity management, IoT and sensor data pipelines, calendar integrations, and backend service interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery across global locations. Ensure a seamless, secure, and user-friendly digital workplace experience. Ideal candidate: Proven experience in IT project management and complex technical integration projects. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and international deployments.
