Drive portfolio and project reporting and management reporting Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies and actions Support resource planning, financial follow-up and forecasting Prepare executive presentations, governance materials and steering committee reporting Support portfolio governance forums and follow up on decisions and actions Develop and continuously improve PMO processes, tools and reporting capabilities Support delivery planning, prioritisation and portfolio management activities Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas Work independently and proactively identify opportunities to improve portfolio transparency and execution efficiency

Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting Practical experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced Excel and Power
