When an issue arises on the floor, this person diagnoses it, resolves it, and restores production. Responsibilities include deploying and commissioning new systems, maintaining the health of the existing fleet, training the warehouse associates who work alongside the robots, and serving as the on-site point of contact for Destro’s engineering team.
