Job Title: SAP HANA Solutions Architect Location: 100% Remote (United States) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $175,000–$200,000 Annually Experience: 6+ years Sponsorship: U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Modeling and Performance Engineer to design, build, and optimize HANA-native data models and analytical objects supporting S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and standalone HANA platforms. In this role you will translate complex business and analytics requirements into performant HANA models, and you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving HANA performance issues across the SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in HANA-native modeling — including calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, and SQLScript — with strong performance-tuning skills and a clear understanding of HANA internals.
