Why this role exists Consensys Incorporated operates production blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions. Those networks don't stop at 18:00 CET, and today our infrastructure team sits mostly in Europe. This role closes that gap: you are our engineer on the ground when Europe is asleep. This is a coverage-first role. Roughly 60% incident response, monitoring and operational hardening; 40% build work on the platform. If you want a pure greenfield engineering job, this isn't it — but you will be the first person in the timezone, which means you help design the rota rather than inherit it.
