Product Support - Core Banking

Kredivo is hiring a Product Support to join our Indonesia team and help maintain the quality, stability, and performance of our core product features. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure smooth product operations, effective issue management, and seamless execution across the product lifecycle. In this role, you'll be responsible for logging, tracking, and prioritizing product issues and bugs, ensuring engineering teams can quickly reproduce and resolve them.

You'll also play a key role in cross-functional communication during technical incidents, driving timely escalations and keeping stakeholders aligned while supporting the delivery of our product roadmap. We're looking for someone with prior experience working alongside Product Management teams, strong communication skills, high curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident. Conduct periodic monitoring of the product dashboard. Do monitoring of production alerts.
