What's the role about? We’re looking for a Business Applications Support Analyst to support and improve the business-critical applications, integrations, automations and reporting processes used across Reiss. Working closely with colleagues across IT and the wider business, you’ll monitor daily processes, investigate issues, maintain accurate documentation and help ensure our systems and data flows remain reliable and effective. With a focus on proactive and reactive application support, you’ll take ownership of incidents through to resolution, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and contribute to small changes that improve efficiency and productivity. This role requires flexibility to work in a varied shift pattern, with earlier starts, later finishes, and weekend work as agreed by a rota within the team. Who you are Strong, current experience supporting retail IT business systems, with a good understanding of the needs of a highly integrated, multi-channel retail environment. Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate, alongside proven experience developing, maintaining and supporting automated business workflows and processes. Confidence working with datasets of different sizes, including data handling, manipulation and correction. A strong understanding of workflow automation, system integrations and process improvement, with the ability to support and monitor API integrations, plus expe
