The Technology Team Lead, Web & Digital Solutions provides technical leadership and day-to-day guidance for a team supporting modern web applications built on the Next.js framework, including the Sitecore platform and other solutions like OneTrust for consent compliance. This role serves as a key liaison between the development team and management, helping drive technical excellence, team development, and successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience, serving as a mentor, technical advisor, and trusted partner to both team members and leadership. SKILLS Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership for enterprise web applications, cloud-native solutions, APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.
