We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the Role We're looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our monitoring and investigations program across both fiat and on-chain activity. You'll own transaction monitoring, secondary market and trade surveillance, investigations, and regulatory reporting, and you'll be a key partner to Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations as we scale. This role suits a hands-on investigator who's equally comfortable tracing funds through a blockchain explorer, analyzing trading patterns for manipulation, and writing a SAR narrative that holds up to regulatory scrutiny.
