5+ years in IT, including 4+ years in business analysis Excellent command of English, both verbal and written Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills Analytical and systems thinking; experience processing information from multiple sources Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Solid knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability) Experience with Databases, SQL, Oracle Familiarity with AI/generative AI tools and their practical application in business analysis workflows

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar Anthropic Claude Certified Associate certification Familiarity with EDI, XML, CSV and other data formats Familiarity with supply chain, logistics and/or transportation QA experience/background Experience with SaaS Working with UML diagrams Knowledge of prototyping tools. Ability to create wireframes and screen mockups, data flow diagrams
