Systems Infrastructure Engineer – Windows/Linux/Unix/Virtualization The role of the Infrastructure Engineer is to support all Windows and Linux related data center infrastructure and the customers who utilize our systems and services. This role will be to provide technical support in your area and work across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget and that operational SLA’s are met and/or exceeded. You stand behind your work at all times ensuring quality, compliance, and stability through documentation review and creation. Strong team collaboration skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to address customer concerns in a calm and timely manner are paramount to the success of the role. This person will serve as an escalation point for junior technicians and will also be responsible for on-call rotation and On Call off hours support requests.
