Responsibilities The Manager, IAM Engineering is responsible for leading and managing the Identity and Access Management engineering function, with accountability for setting technical direction, priorities, and standards for enterprise identity platforms. This role provides oversight for the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and related IAM technologies, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with the organization’s security architecture and business objectives. This position leads and develops IAM engineers, establishes engineering practices and delivery expectations, and ensures effective execution of IAM initiatives. The Manager, IAM Engineering serves as the primary point of accountability for identity platform engineering outcomes, while collaborating closely with IAM Provisioning, Security Architecture, Security Operations, Infrastructure, and application teams to deliver reliable identity services and drive continuous improvement across the IAM program. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership, Performance & Development-Leads, develops, and evaluates the IAM engineering team, including staffing, performance management, skill development, and workload prioritization to ensure consistent delivery and long‑term capability growth.
