We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In this role, you will: Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions, and solve their challenges related to Teltonika Networks products, both in writing and during online meetings. Collaborate with technical support colleagues in Teltonika's international offices by providing ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to ensure high-quality technical assistance across regions. Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges. Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources. Gain hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.
