SENIOR C++ DEVELOPER (EMAGINE POLSKA) 🕹 Automated multiplayer playtesting 🧠 Senior 💰 Negotiable ⏰ Full-time / Contract 🌎 Remote within Poland 🇵🇱 🦄 Description We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Developer to join our Quality Verification team, focused on enhancing automated multiplayer playtesting through innovative AI bot systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, particularly in C++, with a dedication to ensuring high-quality gaming experiences. 🚀 Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain AI bot systems for automated multiplayer playtesting • Develop bot behavior systems including movement, combat, interaction, and coordination • Collaborate with designers and QA engineers to translate gameplay scenarios into testable bot behaviors • Build telemetry pipelines for analysis, regression testing, and behavior validation • Investigate bot failures such as pathfinding, network desynchronization, and gameplay interaction issues • Modernize architecture and improve maintainability • Participate in exploratory machine-learning-driven bot behavior research • Review code and contribute to engineering best practices 📚 Required Skills • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong C++ proficiency • Experience with AI behavior systems such as finite state machines or behavior trees • Proven ability to improve maintainability in complex codebases 👍 Nice to Have • Experience in multiplayer game development • Knowledge o
