We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software applications using Python, C#, C++, and Linux. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications that meet our clients' needs. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position. This position reports to the Manger of Software Systems. Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python, C#, C++, and Linux. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's or Master's degree in
