The key experience we are looking is Firewall (FortiGate and Palo) and PAM(CyberArk). Role Summary The Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity platforms across on-premises, cloud and IT environments. The role ensures security controls remain operational, effective and aligned with cybersecurity standards and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities • Administer, configure, maintain and troubleshoot cybersecurity platforms including: o Firewall & IPS o Endpoint Security (AV, EDR) o Data Protection (DLP, CASB) o Web Security (Proxy, Secure Web Gateway) o Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) o Web Application Firewall (WAF) o File Integrity Monitoring (Tripwire) • Perform system upgrades, patching, policy management, rule reviews and health monitoring of security solutions. • Monitor security alerts and events, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and support remediation activities. • Support incident response, threat hunting, tabletop exercises and cyber resilience activities. • Maintain SOPs, hardening standards, technical documentation and operational procedures. • Work with infrastructure, cloud, application teams, MSSPs and vendors to resolve security issues and implement security improvements. • Support projects by providing security implementation, onboarding and operational support for new technologies and services.
