The Company Our client is a well-established insurance company with a strong market presence, committed to delivering reliable and customer-focused insurance solutions. The Role Provide BAU support for back-end applications and online service platforms, ensuring system stability and smooth day-to-day operations Investigate and resolve production incidents, system issues and application enquiries Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and follow up on issue resolution Support system enhancements, bug fixes, code refactoring and continuous improvements Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and React Work closely with other application and infrastructure teams on production support and system changes Support application deployment and CI/CD processes following DevOps and Agile practices Support Docker/Kubernetes environments and contribute to ongoing application and ecosystem support Your Profile Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines 3+ years of IT development / application support experience Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and React Experience with JavaScript, jQuery and CSS Familiar with SQL and production troubleshooting Familiar with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins Azure Cloud and Terraform experience is an advantage Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently with different teams Good spoken and written Cantonese and English Apply Today To apply online
