Job Brief: Reporting to the Head of Products, the Senior Product Designer drives end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences that help thousands of learners learn, grow, and improve their lives. You’ll own complex problem spaces, run your own research, and use data to make design decisions—partnering tightly with Product and Engineering to ship experiences that are intuitive, measurable, and durable. We care deeply about building products that are not only functional, but also beautiful and intuitive —and we work in a highly collaborative, iterative environment (Agile/XP-style ways of working, strong teamwork, continuous improvement). What you’ll do Create and validate product experiences using flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
