About the Role Join the User Growth team to work on lifecycle operations and AI-driven personalized recommendations. You'll help put our recommendation strategies into action, coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting up and launching vouchers and tasks, and improving the new-user and active-user journeys to raise engagement and conversion. You'll work daily with global and Chinese-speaking teams. What You'll Do Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate multiple teams (Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, and regional teams) on the user journey optimization project, tracking requirements and progress so every team delivers on time. Voucher and task setup: Create, configure, check, and monitor vouchers and tasks so operations run smoothly and configurations are accurate.
