About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that products and projects are delivered efficiently and bring tangible value to stakeholders. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of quickly understanding complex business environments and driving initiatives with minimal onboarding. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories. Create wireframes and define user journeys and product flows. Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Prepare sprint planning sessions and closely follow development progress. Facilitate and lead sprint reviews and stakeholder demonstrations. Define functional and technical requirements for system integrations. Collaborate with business teams, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Contribute to the successful execution of complex and cross-functional projects. Required Experience 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product management role. Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies. Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.
