Kindgeek is looking for a sharp, curious Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. Your mission will be to turn complex FinTech and crypto requirements into clear, actionable solutions that our Agile teams can build with confidence. Along the way, you'll also help shape new client engagements, bringing structure and clarity to opportunities from the very first conversation. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap to the Agile team, adjusting it based on stakeholder feedback and market changes; Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria; Analysing vendor documentation and APIs, and translating vendor capabilities and constraints into development-ready requirements; Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and acting as the primary liaison between business and the Agile team; Participating in sprint planning and reviews, adjusting priorities based on team feedback and retrospectives; Defining acceptance criteria and validating delivered functionality against business needs; Analysing technical diagrams and supporting the development team in documenting back-end business logic; Supporting pre-sales activities, including client discovery calls, proposal preparation, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). REQUIREMENTS We're looking for a Business Analyst who has: 5+ years of experience
