About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reconciliation & Settlement Manager to take ownership of the reconciliation and settlement processes across our payment and financial operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are accurately reconciled, funds are settled correctly and on time, discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly, and financial movements across multiple accounts, currencies, payment channels and partners are properly controlled. The role will have particular responsibility for supporting cross-border payment flows, including monitoring settlement across different markets, currencies, banking/payment partners and transaction channels. This is a critical role within the business, sitting at the intersection of Finance, Payments, Operations, Treasury, Risk and Compliance.
