Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / QA Full-time/Company: Startale Group Startale Group is building StartaleApp, a next-generation Web3 application that unifies blockchain and DeFi functionality into a single user experience. The platform integrates multiple blockchains, smart contracts, wallets, tokens and on-chain protocols across frontend, backend and decentralized systems. Applicants must be located in Singapore, Tokyo, or within APAC/Asia, EMEA, or the UK. Responsibilities: - Design and build the company’s quality engineering platform and testing architecture. - Develop reusable test frameworks, libraries, fixtures, and developer tooling. - Implement AI-assisted workflows for automated test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis. - Create automated test suites for frontend, backend, APIs, blockchain interactions and Web3 flows. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD with fast feedback, parallelization and intelligent test selection. - Design performance, load, resilience and reliability testing; validate behavior under degraded conditions. Requirements: - 5+ years in SDET, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles. - Strong software engineering skills with JavaScript or TypeScript. - Experience designing testing architecture for complex distributed systems. - Experience building scalable automation frameworks and reusable testing libraries from scratch. - Strong experience with Playwright or Cypress and testing
