Senior / Expert IT Analyst to Nordic Wrappers One of our financial clients are looking for an experienced IT Analyst / Technical Business Analyst to join the Nordic Wrappers initiative, developing scalable solutions for Nordic savings and investment products. You will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, taking ownership of complex analysis and turning business needs into well-structured, implementation-ready features. You will work closely with Product Owners, business experts, architects, developers and testers to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Your responsibilities Own the IT analysis of business needs and translate them into development-ready Features. Gather and analyse complex business, tax and regulatory requirements. Break down business needs into clear features, including business rules, data requirements, integrations, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

Drive feature analysis and refinement together with business and technical stakeholders. Support the decomposition of features into user stories and testable acceptance criteria with the delivery team. Analyse data flows, integrations and APIs, ensuring alignment between business rules, data and system behaviour.
