About the role We are looking for a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The mandatory requirements are a Master’s degree in law, 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English, an understanding of compliance matters, and excellent written and spoken English. Must haves Master’s degree in law. 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English. Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements). Excellent communication skills.
