Your role As a Senior Developer you will join an international program focused on delivering and evolving Salesforce-based solutions within the insurance and financial services domain. You will combine hands-on Salesforce development with solution consulting and architecture support, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable enterprise solutions. Your project You will become part of a global Salesforce delivery team supporting strategic digital transformation initiatives for a leading insurance client. The team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and running a Salesforce-based application that enables broker advisors to provide proactive support, making their day-to-day work more flexible and increasing productivity - including a digital, all-round view of their own area of responsibility (e.g. documentation of interactions and framework agreements, brokerage house KPIs, and related functionalities) - while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
