Job Summary: Our Workday Integration Architect leads the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations across HR, finance, and other enterprise systems. This role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Responsibilities Lead Integration scope: Manage end-to-end integration efforts for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Design Scalable Solutions: Architect robust, compliant, and scalable Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align integration strategies with business goals. Mentor & Coach: Guide
