We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications that power Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), and operational business processes. You will use Java and Spring Boot to develop scalable backend services, React with TypeScript to create responsive user experiences, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components. The role suits a hands-on engineer with strong software development fundamentals who can take features from detailed technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
