Keep our digital world running smoothly as an IT Operations Engineer, safeguarding the seamless performance of high-traffic global platforms. The IT Operations team is primarily focused on providing support to the production IT service, comprising all customer facing products and critical internal Business systems. As an IT Operations Engineer, you play a pivotal role in responding to, investigating, escalating, and resolving critical incidents and technical changes that impact our services.&#x
