​ This is a remote position; however, the candidate must reside within 30 miles of one of the following locations: Boston, MA; San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Dallas, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Seattle, WA; and Portland, ME About the Team/Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Mobility Mobile Engineering organization responsible for delivering high-quality iOS and Android applications that serve thousands of mobility customer interactions. You will lead an engineering team, build a strong engineering culture, and partner closely with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences. This role requires a leader who is passionate about developing people, driving engineering excellence, and executing large-scale initiatives while balancing speed, quality, and operational reliability. ​How you’ll make an impact: Define, own, and execute the long-term engineering strategy for the WEX Mobility Mobile Experience, including card and vehicle management, mobility payments, and future platform capabilities. Partner with architects and technical leaders to define the technical vision and architecture for the Mobile platform. Develop and maintain the engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry best practices.
