Originally founded as AgilityFeat in 2010, we began specializing in WebRTC in 2015. We are headquartered in Charlottesville, VA, with a remote QA/testing team in Panama City, Panama, and a remote office in Bogotá, Colombia, and serve clients around the globe. About the Role We are looking for an experienced mid-to-senior Functional QA Tester to help ensure our applications meet business requirements, deliver a reliable user experience, and maintain high quality standards. This role focuses on manual and exploratory testing, test planning, API testing, and collaboration with developers and project stakeholders. You should be comfortable taking ownership of QA activities, making informed testing decisions, and managing your work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Test automation experience is an advantage, but it is not required. Key Responsibilities Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify gaps, clarify expected behavior, and define test coverage.
