We are seeking a highly capable GIS Team Lead / Senior GIS Engineer to lead the design, administration, support, and enhancement of our ESRI GIS platform across a multi-server environment. The role is responsible for managing the overall GIS technical landscape, ensuring system availability, performance, security, integration, and delivery of GIS services to business and operational stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide both technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for the organization’s GIS applications, servers, databases, web services, and integrations with enterprise platforms. This role also includes coordination with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure GIS solutions are aligned with operational and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the GIS team in the implementation, operation, and support of enterprise GIS solutions. Provide technical guidance to GIS engineers, analysts, developers, and support staff. Review solution designs, configurations, and change requests related to GIS systems. Act as the main technical focal point for GIS-related project activities. ESRI Platform Administration Administer and maintain ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment, including: ArcGIS Server Portal for ArcGIS ArcGIS Web Adaptor ArcGIS Data Store ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Desktop, where applicable Manage GIS deployments across multiple servers in development, test, staging, and production environments.
