Backed by $50M in funding—including a $25M round led by CVS Health Ventures with support from a16z Bio + Health, Flare Capital, MassMutual, and Intermountain Ventures—we’re scaling fast and expanding access to evidence-based obesity care nationwide. We’re looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to our team, reporting into our Senior Data Manager. You will be responsible for partnering with business teams across knownwell to turn data into clear metrics, dashboards, and answers that guide day-to-day operations and strategic decisions. Responsibilities Work closely with business teams to establish and refine the metrics they use to track performance. Develop and support well-documented dashboards in Hex that give non-technical teams a clear, self-serve view of operational performance. Run ad hoc and exploratory analyses to address operational and business questions as they come up. Uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across the business, and turn them into actionable, data-backed recommendations. Act as a trusted data advisor to the business, proactively bringing forward insights that shape priorities and inform key strategic decisions. Hold regular check-in
