Project details We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the SDK team of a global leader in AI-powered test automation, whose visual AI testing platform is trusted by enterprises and startups worldwide, including many of the world’s largest companies. This role involves building and owning the SDKs that bring visual and functional testing into customers’ existing test suites, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript, browser internals, and the Chrome DevTools Protocol. The SDKs integrate with the frameworks developers already use, including Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, Puppeteer, Appium, and Storybook. You’ll help design and maintain a clean, stable public API that thousands of CI pipelines depend on every day, working closely with the engineering group as an integrated member of a hybrid team. About the project: Think of the SDK as a “programmatic frontend” for the platform: not a UI, but a public API used at massive scale. JavaScript/TypeScript is the core development environment, with SDKs also available for Java, Python, .NET, and Ruby. The team relies on a minimal set of third-party libraries and builds most of the core functionality in-house. Key responsibilities Contribute to the architecture and implementation of the SDKs.
