About the role We’re looking for a Content Designer to join OpenAI’s Content Design team, bringing deep expertise in prompt engineering and AI evaluation alongside strong content design craft and product judgment. You’ll combine editorial judgment, product strategy, and technical implementation to build prompts, evaluations, and tools that help us create and improve content and messaging at scale. Your primary focus will be experiences that help people discover ChatGPT’s value, get started, and stay engaged—including notifications—with contributions to broader Content Design work as team needs evolve. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
