Accountabilities - Product Design and Delivery: Support the end-to-end design process for new features, including user flows, wireframes, concepts, prototypes, and final visual designs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand user needs, align with business objectives, and deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences. - Design System Development: Create, refine, and maintain reusable components, patterns, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across the product. - AI-Driven Design Workflows: Integrate AI tools into the design process to accelerate iteration, explore concepts, and turn designs into functional prototypes that support faster, more accurate implementation. - User Experience Improvement: Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement, investigate user problems, and propose thoughtful solutions that enhance usability and customer satisfaction. - Visual and Marketing Design Support: Contribute to design projects beyond the core product when needed, including website updates, social media assets, sales materials, and other marketing initiatives. - Prototyping and Experimentation: Explore new design tools, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to test ideas, improve workflows, and create engaging product experiences. - Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Present work in progress, incorporate feedback, communicate design decisions clearly, and take ownership of
