About the Role We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help build, manage, and improve our AWS cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a modern technology stack, take ownership of infrastructure improvements, automate processes, and collaborate with developers to keep our systems reliable, secure, and scalable. We believe in working smarter through automation and AI-assisted engineering. You'll have opportunities to use tools such as Claude and other AI agents to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency. What You'll Be Doing AWS Infrastructure: Design, manage, and maintain our multi-account AWS environment, including cloud resources, networking, security, and access management. Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Containers & Deployment: Manage Docker containers, ECS/EKS clusters, and Kubernetes deployments using Helm. CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Serverless Framework, and related tools. Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor system health and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch. Troubleshoot incidents and implement long-term improvements. Networking & Security: Manage VPCs,
