As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will provide technical direction across a complex analytics portfolio, strengthen the team through developer mentorship, and advance a roadmap for trusted data, modern analytics, and continuous engineering improvement. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Job responsibilities Lead design, development, optimization, and maintenance of complex, highly visible Tableau dashboards; guide architecture, performance, usability, and quality. Deliver and oversee embedded Tableau dashboards and both packaged (.twbx) and un-packaged (.twb) workbooks. Explore varied datasets for trends, outliers, and relationships; build interactive visualizations that let stakeholders drill into details and discover insights. Mentor developers through technical guidance, design and code reviews, standards, and collaborative problem-solving.
