About the role The jobholder will be responsible for the IT infrastructure operations, system administration, and technical support. Key responsibilities Assist in defining infrastructure components of web application systems, producing an infrastructure design for the system Maintain good performance on server and database infrastructure and high system availability at all times Assist in developing infrastructure roadmap, long-term strategies and capacity planning to meet future system requirement and business needs Work closely with application team on system testing, configuration and migration of new server Manage team members to perform infrastructure installation, testing and periodic system software/hardware upgrade On-call for emergency production incidents and perform shift duties as required About you High Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant experience in administration of large-scale Web servers (Nginx) and database infrastructure (MySQL, MariaDB) Hands-on experiences in Window and Linux Server administration Hands-on experiences in network design and intrusion management including FortiGate firewall, intrusion detection software, anti-virus software, monitoring tools and security appliances Familiar with cloud platforms and services including Azure and Cloudflare Knowledge in managing MetaTrader system is an advantage Knowledge of Hyper-V, database replication application, and multi
