About the role:Join us in delivering strategic ERP initiatives that shape the future of our business. As an ERP Project Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects across our Enterprise Systems landscape, working with business and technology teams to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.You'll play a key role in bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered with transparency, strong governance and lasting business value. About your tasks:Lead end-to-end ERP projects, translating approved business initiatives into structured project plans and successfully delivering them from initiation through go-live and handover.Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams and implementation partners to keep projects aligned, on track and focused on delivering value.Drive project governance by facilitating Steering Committees, managing project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and decision-making while ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while effectively managing external implementation partners and vendors where required.Promote delivery excellence by applying the most suitable project methodology - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid - and contri
