Your impact Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile app. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Create clear and detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production. Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and resolving day-to-day challenges. Structure, organize, and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and Figma. Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets product and business standards. About you: 2+ years of experience in content operations, including coordinating content production projects and workflows. Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including task management, brief creation, and deadline tracking Experience in or a deep understanding of the health & fitness industry. Strong systems thinking with the ability to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and understand dependencies across projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly
