Key Accountability Areas Product DesignProduct & Design StrategyDefine and drive the product design strategy aligned with HungerStation’s product and business priorities.Translate complex customer and business problems into simple, scalable experiences.Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and roadmaps.Advocate for customer-centric decision-making across the organisation.Identify experience gaps and opportunities across the end-to-end customer journey.Design Excellence & ConsistencyOwn and continuously raise the quality bar across HungerStation’s digital experiences.Provide design direction and oversight across multiple product domains.Establish clear design principles, patterns, and standards that create a consistent HungerStation experience.Lead the evolution and adoption of HungerStation’s design system.Establish effective design reviews, design QA, and experience-quality processes.Ensure Design is involved early in discovery and strategic product decisions.Customer Insight & Product ImpactEnsure research, customer feedback, behavioural data, usability testing, and experim
