pubGENIUS is a React.js + Next.js agency and Ad Tech startup building products for clients across the US and Europe. We are a global team spread across more than 15 countries. We specialize in AI, fintech, Ad Tech, igaming, and healthcare, with work in e-commerce as well. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager who has strong product management instincts and knows how to run client engagements from first conversation to final delivery. This is an hourly-based contractor role , offering flexibility for an experienced Project Manager who is looking to work with a global digital agency on a freelance basis. This is not a purely administrative project management role. We need someone who understands how digital products are built, can challenge requirements, run discovery, and make sure what gets shipped actually solves the right problem for the client. What You'll Do Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track. Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria from the very start of an engagement. Lead the discovery phase with new clients, asking the right questions to understand their business needs before anything gets built. Break down complex requirements into manageable iterations that the engineering team can execute against.
