You Are: This role is a senior architecture leader operating across the FSA enterprise, responsible for driving architecture initiatives and setting technical direction across a large, complex account with a diverse technology footprint — spanning AI/ML-driven capabilities, call center/contact center modernization, cloud infrastructure (AWS GovCloud and Commercial, Azure, GCP), enterprise networking/connectivity, and the DevOps toolchain that underpins delivery (Terraform/IaC, GitLab CI/CD), FedRamp-SaaS tooling & integration.
